MEA is a democratic organization that is only stronger if you belong.

 MEA provides members with contract enforcement, bargaining for compensation, and a voice in the district. CTA legal defense protects our members against accusations, which is like career insurance. Members are also eligible for discounts from the CTA and NEA Member Benefits program.
